Users of postiz.allredcollective.com may request deletion of information associated with their account and connected social media or online business profile integrations.
Requesting Data Deletion
To request deletion of your information, send an email to [email protected] with Data Deletion Request as the subject.
Please include enough information to identify the account or integration associated with your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive authentication credentials by email.
Disconnecting or Revoking Access
You may disconnect an account through the Postiz Service when that option is available. You may also revoke the application's access through the account, application, privacy, or security settings provided by the connected platform, including Meta for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads; LinkedIn; Pinterest; and Google.
Revoking access prevents the application from continuing to access the account through the authorization previously granted. If you would also like information stored by our Postiz installation deleted, please email the address above.
What We Will Delete
After receiving and, when necessary, verifying a valid deletion request, we will delete information associated with the applicable account or integration that we are not required to retain for legal or security purposes. This may include:
- Connected social media or online business profile information
- Stored account, Page, profile, organization, board, and business location identifiers
- Authorization tokens and integration information
- Scheduled content
- Stored posts, media, and related content
- Other information associated with the user's Postiz account
Confirmation
We may contact you to verify your request or confirm when the deletion process has been completed.
